Kimberley Diamonds has raised more than $5million in an auction of Ellendale Diamonds.

The price achieved is the highest since the company bought the mine early last year.
This was an auction of its lower-grade diamonds, not the fancy yellow diamonds which it sells exclusively to Tiffany’s.
